Reviving and Renovating a Kitchen

In this project, we took apart the dirty and badly painted kitchen cabinet doors and inside dividers. We transformed them by sanding, and repainting them. The hinges were re-used but given a new clean life. Handles replaced. The results were astonishing. The deteriorated counter top was replaced with quartz and an old dull backsplash replaced with a simple one with a contrasting pop! The surrounding area was painted and renewed and the window was replaced with a larger one.

Foundational Cracks Repaired

When you notice cracks in your basement walls, or it smells damp or moist, it’s essential to address these issues promptly to maintain the structural integrity of your residence. In this project there was water seepage inside a finished basement during rainfall and had grown overtime, only discovered by breaking the drywall which customer had done. The foundational cracks were rectified via epoxy injections and hydraulic cement on the inside and waterproofed from the outside corner of the house. After completing the repairs, we also restored the basement’s aesthetics, ensuring that it not only performed flawlessly but also looked impeccable. The basement Bedroom was refinished for the customer by adding an emergency exit (Egress larger window), new drywall, walls, paint, flooring, baseboards and trim

Reviving a Bathroom’s Aesthetic

Reviving a bathroom’s aesthetic can be a transformative experience without the need for a complete overhaul. We retained the existing tub, but introduced new tiling allowing for a modern look and redefined the space.

Swapping out the vanity and fixtures as well as a change in paint colour tied all the elements together providing a harmonious ambiance.

Popcorn Ceiling Removal

The flat ceilings made the room(s) look much bigger, neater and opened up the space. Increase the value of your home by removing those old dusty hard to clean bumpy ceilings.
